Forte Capital Management, Ruttenberg Gordon Investments (RGI), and Marc Realty Capital LLC teamed up to close 2 apartment buildings in North Miami Beach located at 1951 NE 167th and 16890 NE 21st Ave. There are a total of 30 units. Both buildings are fully occupied. The Forte and RGI team plans on rehabbing the apartment units to bring them up to modern standards as units roll over. The partnership paid $3,250,000.

The newly formed joint venture of Forte and RGI is seeking to deploy capital into value added apartments, stabilized apartments, retail, and office properties throughout Miami and the South Florida region.
